presentation of the topic and the aims of the lesson.
Art
is an all embracing notion music, painting, theatre, literature and
so on. Art had the most important role in the development of the
mankind. The first pictures were found on walls of ancient caves. So
we can guess that painting was the first way of art. Painting is the
most understandable way of art, because it gives us the most full and
vivid impression.
Art
makes us think of the sense of life, helps
us to understand people who lived hundred years ago and to learn the
history of the mankind. It helps people to understand outside world
and develops their good qualities.
It
is important to know our history. We learn the dates, people and
places of important events, and we even learn why and how they
occurred. Art gives us a different insight into our history. It shows
us how those events impacted the people living them. Through art we
learn the joy felt during times of happiness and we see the pain and
despair during times of suffering. We see the hopes and the dreams,
or the fears and regrets of the past. Through art we gain a better
understanding of how the events throughout history have shaped us
into what we are today.
That
is the reason we’re visiting museum .The Lviv
National Museum ,
founded by Sheptytsky in 1905, now bears his name.
